SEPTEMBER LIBRARY NEWS FROM MRS. MARLING
Welcome Back!! I am so excited to be back in the library this year!
If you have discovered a Trillium Woods book at home over the summer, please return it to the library as soon as possible. I will be thrilled to have it back!
This year, students from JK to Grade 2 may take out one book at a time but will visit the library often. Grades 3-8 may take out 2 books at a time. Books are checked out for one week, but students will have daily opportunities to exchange their books if they desire. Remember to check out the reading links under “students" on our school webpage. If you would like a copy of the passwords, please ask Mrs. Marling. Tumblebooks and Tumblebook Cloud are especially popular.
I’m looking forward to meeting everyone at our Open House. I will be having a used book sale in the multi purpose room that evening. Books will be sold for 50 cents each and proceeds will go to our library!! Stop by and say hello!
Wondering about the Scholastic Book Fair? Our first book fair will take place during conferences in November. More details to follow!
